central location colonial style birthday cake
The location proved ideal for accessing the temple. I found it very easy to catch a dance show. A walk around the lake was also very convenient. The staff arranged a cake for my partner's birthday and sang happy birthday. This personal touch was nice. The building has colonial style and a grand restaurant.
The traffic noise was a bit intrusive. Sleep did not come easy.

excellent location good wifi supportive staff slow check-in room cleaning neglected furniture
The location was excellent. It was very close to major attractions. The room included good WiFi. The staff were supportive.
The check-in process was slow. I waited 45 minutes. The room needed better cleaning. The furniture in the lobby looked neglected.

The location is very convenient. I could easily walk to the Temple of the Tooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a great amenity. Michelle at the front desk provided really good service and attended to every need. The front office team are very attentive.
The vehicle noise disturbed my sleep slightly.

excellent location historic appearance friendly staff comfortable environment
i was very impressed with this hotel. the location is excellent, providing easy access to many attractions. the hotel maintains its historic appearance with real elegance. i found the staff friendly and the environment comfortable. the food was good, and i felt very at home here.
I noticed some wear and tear. Specifically, the walls could use some attention, as they show signs of neglect with dirty fingerprints in the corridors.

efficient a c fresh salad
the historic building charmed me with its preserved beauty and superb staff i particularly enjoyed the pool view from my room the a/c unit worked efficiently and kept the space cool and pleasant the vegan options at the breakfast buffet surprised me with fresh salads and flavorful curries sambol and dosas were a treat.
the bathroom needs some work i noticed the shower amenities come in hard plastic bottles i think softer bottles would improve the experience getting water delivered to my room took an excessive amount of time i waited thirty minutes after making three calls
